How quoting works

Step 1

Send the date, headcount and format — we reply with a floor plan and a real number, not a range.

Step 2

Walkthrough + tasting. You meet the venue manager who’ll actually run your night.

Step 3

25% deposit locks the date. Final numbers 7 days out — we’re flexible inside that.

Saturdays book 8–10 weeks ahead; weekday conferences often fit inside a fortnight.

Need a risk assessment or floor plan PDF? Ask the events desk.

DJ, band, celebrant — yes, the load-in ramp exists for them. Catering is in-house only; the kitchen is genuinely good, so most people don’t mind.

Amplified sound wraps by midnight for the neighbourhood — after-parties migrate to the casino floor, which is loud-proof and open until 04:00.

That’s the point of booking a hotel hall. We hold a block of rooms at group rate — attendees book through your event code and stumble upstairs.

Step-free from the car park, accessible bathrooms on the same level, hearing loop on request. Tell us what your guests need; we’ll sort it.
