Terms & Conditions
The deal between you and Blissaro — bookings, the gaming floor, events and what happens when things go sideways. Last updated September 2026.
Rooms & payments
Rates & confirmation
Quoted rates are per room per night in AUD and include breakfast, parking and casino floor access unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed when our desk replies to your request — the website form is a request, not a reservation.
Payment
Standard room bookings are settled at the desk on arrival or departure — card or cash. Event hires and the private gaming room require a 25% deposit to hold the date, with the balance due on the day. Long-stay and corporate accounts are invoiced monthly.
Cancellations
Rooms: free cancellation until 48 hours before arrival; later cancellations cost one night unless we resell the room. Penthouse: seven days’ notice. Event and salon hires: deposit is refundable up to 21 days out, 50% up to 7 days, forfeited inside a week — though we’ll always try to move your date first.
Gaming rules
18+ with photo ID
Entry to the gaming floor requires valid photo ID — licence law, non-negotiable. Under-18s are welcome everywhere except the floor.
Responsible play
Spend limits, break cards and self-exclusion are available at the cage or desk — ask, no paperwork theatre. Helpline 1800 858 858.
Conduct
Play fair, treat staff and guests decently, keep phones off the felt. Management may refuse service or entry — that’s the licence, and it’s final.
Dress code
Smart casual after 18:00 — closed shoes, no workwear or offensive prints. Management’s call stands at the door.
All games run under the rules posted at each table and at the cage — those house rules govern any dispute. The venue is licensed and audited under South Australian law.
Private hire terms
What’s agreed, in writing
Every event or salon hire gets a written quote covering date, layout, catering, staffing and minimum spend — that document is the contract. Verbal extras get written down before they happen, always.
Your guests, your responsibility
The organiser is responsible for guest behaviour and for damage beyond normal wear. All guests on the gaming floor must be 18+ regardless of the occasion — including at private events.
Noise & timing
Amplified sound in the hall wraps by midnight under our licence. Salon and floor events can run until 02:00. Bump-in and pack-down windows are agreed in the quote — overtime is charged honestly, never sneakily.
Property & responsibility
Your things
Rooms have safes — use them. We look after luggage held at the desk with reasonable care, but we can’t insure what we can’t see. Vehicles park at the owner’s risk in our free car park.
Damage
Break it and you pay for it — fairly priced, receipted, never inflated. Accidental damage happens; we talk like adults and sort it at checkout.
Website content
Rates, photos and descriptions on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may change — the quote you get from the desk is the version that counts. Text and imagery belong to Blissaro; ask before reusing them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Disputes go to SA courts — though in nine years we’ve settled everything over a coffee before it got close.

Something unclear?
House rules are also posted at reception and the cage — read them before you play, always.
