What we collect
- Contact details — name, email and phone when you send a booking request or sign a guest registration
- Booking details — dates, room preferences, event requirements and anything you tell us about the occasion
- ID information — required by law for casino floor entry; sighted, not stored beyond licence requirements
- Site usage — anonymous analytics: which pages get read, roughly where from, on what device
- Payment details — processed by our payment provider at the desk; card numbers never sit on this website

Run your stay
Confirm bookings, hold rooms, prepare your event, and reach you if plans change.
Meet the law
Gaming licence records, ID checks and tax rules we’re required to keep as a venue.
Improve the site
Anonymous stats tell us which pages help and which confuse — that’s the whole report.
Occasional news
Only if you ask for it. One email a month, one click to stop — we don’t nag.
Sharing & security
We don’t sell, rent or trade your details — to anyone, for anything. The only outsiders who see your information are:
- Payment processors — to charge your card at the desk
- Regulators — when the licence or the law requires it
- IT providers — the folks who keep our booking system alive, under confidentiality terms
On security: booking data lives in an access-controlled system, staff see only what their job needs, and paper records are shredded. Nothing on this site is a public record — except this policy, which is deliberately public.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act you can, at any time:
Ask what we hold about you — we’ll send it within 30 days.
Correct anything that’s wrong — a typo in your name, an old number.
Ask us to drop what we don’t legally need to keep.
Unhappy with an answer? Escalate to the OAIC — we’ll give you the link.
